    Please be advised that after adding a product to the cart, the pop-up screen remains blank and static? (This feature significantly improves the overall client experience.)

    Please see below WhatsApp messages from the web developer for your reference and assistance: I have disabled the pop-up notification from theme settings now, so customers won’t have a problem adding to cart. It is most definitely a theme issue. If it was a WooCommerce issue it wouldn’t add to cart. But it adds and only the pop up doesn’t display correctly.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1/ We can see a js error on your site, which is independent of the theme and comes from the cache, please check the private content area.

    2/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and disable CDN on your site) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    3/ We face this on your site https://prnt.sc/yXM4kU40rru5 also. Please contact your hosting provider and ask for assistance.

    Please see email below from Jessica (Xneelo) for your reference and urgent assistance.

    Hello Chad,

    Thank you for your call and your time this evening.

    On shared servers, the maximum number of connections a single MySQL user (website) can make to a database is set to 10. Upon investigation, I was able to replicate the error ”Error establishing a database connection error” and found that the MySQL database connection limit was reached for your site.

    When a website processes queries, this will action PHP to process which will action a database connection and display your website content. If your website queries and database have been optimised, the connections that have been actioned should close to open new slots for new visitors.

    If this is not done, your website’s MySQL slots will fill up resulting in this limit being reached. This will cause the website to load slowly, not at all or result in errors displayed.
    To resolve this issue, I recommend performing website and database optimization to ensure that the site does not need to have more than 10 connections simultaneously to function, regardless of how much traffic the site is experiencing. If you require assistance in this regard I recommend contacting your database administrator as they would be best suited to assist in this regard.

    Please note that this issue is separate from the shopping cart issue discussed, however, it is crucial this is resolved. The developers troubleshooting the shopping cart issue were unable to troubleshoot successfully due to the database connection error. Customers will also struggle to make purchases when the limit is reached.

    1/ Have you contacted the database administrator as was suggested by Jessica (Xneelo)?

    2/ Have you changed temporary wp-admin access? We can’t log in. Please provide the correct wp-admin and FTP access.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    3/ Have you tried to disable plugins as was suggested? Please let us know the results.

    Hello @Mark,

    1. Upon investigating, we identified a critical error originating from a custom code snippet in your WooCommerce logs (https://prnt.sc/Qsp9sxHp_e9X), which was causing the pop-up screen to remain blank after adding a product to the cart. We have temporarily deactivated the snippet, allowing the pop-up to display correctly (https://prnt.sc/oqVR9_WxWOpk). As a proactive measure, we recommend adjusting the server values in accordance with our Server Requirements outlined in the XStore Control Panel (https://prnt.sc/3I758m2BSAJz) for optimal performance.

    2. Regarding the issue with Wishlist items not displaying on the desktop version, the problem stemmed from the concurrent usage of both XStore Wishlist and YITH Wishlist functionalities. Upon inspection, we observed that the Wishlist page redirection was configured to display the YITH Wishlist page shortcode (https://prnt.sc/syzJtLl1lo3k), conflicting with the XStore Wishlist mechanism. To resolve this, we disabled the YITH Wishlist plugin and updated your Wishlist content to utilize the [xstore_wishlist_page] shortcode (https://prnt.sc/6wfmoym7ObnM), ensuring seamless integration with XStore functionality.

    3. Concerning the Day & Night Mode settings, it appears to be a separate plugin integration. Unfortunately, we do not offer support for third-party plugins. We recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team for assistance in resolving the visibility issue with the ‘Terms and Conditions’ during checkout.
