Hi, I don’t know why the background color of the menu, footer, and some sections have different colors than what I give them in the backend. Sometimes it looks good in the backend and sometimes not. But in the front end, it’s always the original orange color. I’ve cleared the cache, I’ve tried the different solutions but nothing to do. could you help me

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

I can see next colors on your site – https://prnt.sc/26uxvqz
Go to Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache > Off. Activate mentioned options once all changes to the header/menu will be done. Also, we can see, additional caching on your site – https://prnt.sc/26uxx5y , so clear the CDN cache to be able to see changes, do not forget about cache of browser too.

About these colors – https://prnt.sc/26uxy0u , Theme Options > Header builder > Secondary menu > Line Color (Hover, Active), Header builder > Button > colors, Header builder > Cart > Quantity Background (Active).

Theme Options > Styling > Main Color

    Thanks for your reply,
I did it but it doesn’t change anything.
The first visit whend someone visits the website it’s ok with blue colors, but when I work on the backend all still in orange and my customer will not love this.
Please can I give you access to the website to see by yourself when this issue can come from ?

    Hello,

Please provide temporary wp-admin access. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area. You can use any email for it.

…but when I work on the backend all still in orange

    – please provide screenshots. Have you cleared cache of browser and CDN cache? You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to share links to your screenshots

    Regards

    Hello,

I’ve edited colors in settings of elements and it works – https://prnt.sc/f-_8ai3pvAkX When you change colors globally https://gyazo.com/2d77b1f0500d2b043b042436b74e161a it works, but not for all elements, because most of demo content elements have their own settings, so click on edit and change – https://prnt.sc/wavP5dCPJtdd
Theme Options > Styling > cange colors for buttons – https://gyazo.com/f6beedbe22482540a41c7508e6647396
Clear cache of browser and CDN cache to be able to see changes on the Frontend.
Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards
