I have added below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS to align excerpt
.products-grid .product-excerpt { line-height: 3ex; height: 9ex; overflow: hidden; }
Check now.
Issue with the sidebar was caused by a broken excerpt for one of your products because you used unclosed spans there https://gyazo.com/a6f38a6b5f241f1bafd69b6b897db5e8 I replaced it with simple text and the sidebar is ok.
