Hello,
The problem appears because you rename theme every time you update it. Theme options are related to theme name and you lose them once rename theme. So, don’t do this! Keep the default name of the theme (and included plugins). If you need to update theme or plugin follow the documentation and use either FTP method or auto-update https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update
