    We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.1 or 8.2

    For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

    After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

    2/ Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site and then install and activate XStore core plugin on your site again.

    1/ If you can see the changes in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is functioning correctly in the Customizer, it should also be functioning on the front end.

    We recommend that you temporarily disable any caching (CDN) and cache plugins, flush the server cache completely, and clear the browser cache before checking again.

    2/ Should you prefer not to display the custom tab title, kindly proceed as follows: navigate to ‘Edit Product’, select ‘Edit Custom Tab’, delete the title, and then ensure to publish the changes.
