    Hello, @Goostaf,

Thank you for providing us with access to the wp-admin panel.

We have temporarily activated the XStore parent theme on your website and found that the Wishlist page functions correctly on mobile devices without any issues. This confirms that the problem is caused by custom code modifications within your child theme.

To resolve this issue, we kindly recommend reviewing the additional code customizations in your child theme and consulting your website developer to address and fix the problem.

We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,

    Hello, @Petwish Food,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

The issue you’re facing is related to the query string ?v=212bd1cfe3fb being appended to the URL, which is typically caused by the Geolocation settings in WooCommerce or caching plugins. Here’s how to fix this issue:

    1. Check WooCommerce Settings
WooCommerce adds the ?v= query string to differentiate between regions when Geolocation is enabled. You can adjust this setting to remove the query string:

    Navigate to WooCommerce Settings:

Go to your WordPress Dashboard → WooCommerce → Settings.
    Change Default Customer Location:

Under the General tab, find the option Default Customer Location.
If it’s set to Geolocate (with page caching support), change it to Geolocate or Shop Base Address.
    Save Changes:

This should stop WooCommerce from appending the ?v= query string.
    2. Clear Cache
After changing the settings, clear the cache to ensure changes take effect:

If you use a caching plugin (e.g., WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache):
Go to the plugin’s settings and clear all cache.
If your website uses server-side caching:
Log in to your hosting dashboard and clear the server cache.
Clear your browser cache to see the changes on the frontend.

We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

    Hello, @Chris,

Thank you for providing the wp-admin access.

To assist in resolving the issue you are experiencing, we kindly recommend the following steps:

    1. It appears that the issue may be related to caching. We suggest reaching out to your service provider and requesting them to disable the server cache (CDN) and completely flush the server cache.

    2. For your reference, we have provided an image in the private content area.

    3. After the above steps are completed, please clear your browser cache and check the issue again.

If the changes appear correctly in the Customizer but not on the live site, it is likely a cache issue. Ensuring that it functions correctly in the Customizer should reflect the same on the front end.

We trust that these steps will help resolve the matter. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello, @Vijay,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We appreciate your purchase of the XStore | Multipurpose WooCommerce Theme and are here to assist you. Regarding your concern, WooCommerce does indeed support digital download products.

    1. Set Product to Free in WooCommerce:

When creating or editing a product in WooCommerce, set the price to 0 and then add the product as a virtual and downloadable product.

This removes the shipping option and shows a download link after the customer completes their purchase.

    2. Hide Add to Cart for Free Products:

To skip the cart page and “Add to Cart” button for free products:

Unfortunately, there is no such option, it requires additional code customization.

    3. Display the Product as Free:

By default, WooCommerce will display “0” for free products. You can change this by adding custom text for free products. You can use a custom snippet to replace the price with “Free” instead of “0”. It requires additional code customization.

    4. Download Button:

Once you set the product as “downloadable” and “virtual”, WooCommerce will automatically show the Download link after a user has completed the order.

If you do not want to have a checkout process for free products, you need to additional code customization further or add a 3rd party plugin which better meets your requirement.

For additional assistance or more advanced customizations, you can also reach out to WooCommerce plugin support: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ -They can provide expert guidance tailored to your specific requirements.
