Checkout Error on Phone & Tablet urgent help

There is an issue with the place order button on the checkout page, it is covering the tick box for terms and condition which prevents customers from ordering

Hi like i previously mentioned, that with the same plugins on woodmart, my site was twice as fast. Thats not to say it was fast but faster than when i converted it to xstore.
