    Hello, @Mavi Ekran,

    Actually, In the Elementor on every widget/Element settings, there is an option called “XStore Ajaxify” if this option is enabled on any widget/Element it will load like the slider and carousel on your site but if this option disables you will never see any problem.     Hello, @Soumya,

    I see so that might be because you set the values using the wp-config or htaccess files but your server does not allow those files to override your server package values, please try to change those values from your server OR once try to contact your hosting provider on this issue.

    Actually, The custom tab option is not there, you are checking it in the wrong place. When you edit a product at the bottom of the page you will see the section called “8Theme Product Option” choose the “Single Product tab” from there and then you will see the option for a custom tab for the product you are editing as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/mt67FMvC this is the option you are trying to find and edit.

    Actually, there is no such possibility for mobile because as you know mobile doesn’t get your finger as a hover, and the zoom effect works when the mouse hovers over the image. You can check our main demo link https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/product/wooden-classical-golden-chairs on your mobile as well you will see the same behavior as your website does. Because it’s the default behavior of mobile and you cannot change it except by customization there is no option in the theme for this.

    Sorry to say, I don’t know why the plugin support doesn’t reply back to you usually, support takes 48 hours to reply but it’s been a very long now. Please try to contact them again I hope soon they will reply back to your query. Making the plugin compatible with our theme requires huge customization If you want paid Customization services to submit a customization request to WPKraken team.

    This is something beyond our limitations.

    Actually, there is no option in the theme to hide the products that come on the shop page by default. Because the shop page is coming from the WooCommerce plugin. But when I checked your site you created a block for the shop page this one: https://postimg.cc/f3dx7pwN and then I checked the shop page on your site the products are not appearing and the block you created appears on the shop page only check the image: https://postimg.cc/r08N8gk2 it looks like you already achieve what you want? Am I right?

    Unfortunately, there is no such option in the particular element which you are using for that section and it is a “Flipbox element”.

    If you only want that icon and content then you can use iconbox element instead of that Flipbox element at the same place and set the setting as per your requirements: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/minimal-fashion02/icon-box-element/

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the Cpanel login access and WP admin login details to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    The issue came because of the PHP version I update it to the standard version 7.4 you were using the old one 7.2.

    In order to solve your issue please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

    Actually, The normal pages of the site are editable with the page builder plugin but the archive pages like the shop page not. This page is coming from the WooCommerce plugin and to set the styling on this page our theme added some options in the XSTORE >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> (Shop, and Shop Elements check image: https://postimg.cc/nj14TPjK ) In these both options you can set the settings from available options.

    If you need to add the custom CSS code for some of the Elements you want. You can add your custom CSS code in the Theme options >> Theme custom CSS >> Global check image: https://postimg.cc/gLP7LQ9v it will work for you.

    Unfortunately, there is no such way to get that data back, so you have to add that data again.

    Otherwise please contact your hosting provider and ask to run the backup of your site as there is no other way.

    Alright, Thanks for the login details I have checked your issue and found that it is not coming from our theme. I activated the WordPress default theme and still, the same thing happens. Also, I have checked that you are using the PRO version of the Elementor too.
