    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists, then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area of this topic and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Sorry for the inconvenience but I have checked your site now and found that It was the cache plugins (WP Fastest Cache and WP Fastest Cache Premium) issue on your site, I have just deactivated the cache plugins from your site and the issue is resolved.

    First of all thanks for elaborating on the issue.

    I have understood your issue. I checked your site and found that you are using “51” plugins in total. The theme and core plugins are up to date on your site.

    The Woocommercec plugin you have installed is “7.0.1” and the latest version of this plugin is “7.1.0” the thing is the latest version of the WooCommerce plugin is compatible with our theme you can see the change-log here: https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546#item-description__item_changelog before releasing the update we tested the latest version and it works fine.

    But as you said that if you update the plugin WooCommerce to the latest version errors start to appear on your site. So I checked and updated it to the latest version on your site https://postimg.cc/XBwpzPJP after that I have checked and found no issue. It is working perfectly.     Probably you did not migrate correctly. You may try the Duplicator plugin or contact your hosting provider. As a rule, hosting support helps with this. Site migration is not related to the theme, so we don’t have any detailed suggestions.

    This issue is because of the video height, As you can see you have the video as well for the same product and the video have more height than the images of the product as shown in these screenshots: https://ibb.co/r2yPFVd & https://ibb.co/j4ZRSXh

    So you have to change the height of your video and then it will work properly.

    Hello, @sk,

    Actually, It looks like you imported the demo with one-page builder and tried to edit with another page builder which destroyed your site, and we do not recommend using multiple page builders on the same site at the same time as this caused unexpected issues.

    So please reset your WordPress and start from scratch. Please install only 1-page builder whether “WP Bakery or Elementor” and then import the demo with it. I am sure you will not face this issue anymore. But if yes then please share your site credentials in the private content area so that I will check and dig more in deep to find the cause of it and fix it.

    Also, it is necessary to use the lightspeed server because Keep the server response time for the main document short because all other requests depend on it.

    I can see that you have installed “108” plugins on your site and a total “of 73” are activated please completely deleted the plugins that are not in use no matter whether they are activated or disabled. Try to avoid using third-party plugins as much as possible.

    Please delete the unnecessary themes, pages, posts, and products to keep the server clean.

    I have just checked your site now and it is showing fine on the home page as you wrote:

    “on the main page (simplemobile.co.il) and then on the product itself I wanted to move it to the right. As you can see on the home page of the website the product is on the right and inside the product itself, it is on the left. “

    Now, In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    1- The menu is set to full width and the slider is working just fine there is no issue. Here is a video for a better reference: https://streamable.com/uad3hi If I don’t get your point then please elaborate on it with the help of the video.

    2- This is the default slider cursor in our theme and if you want to change it to default the one simply navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS >> and then paste the below code there.

    .swiper-entry:not(.swipers-couple-wrapper) .swiper-wrapper{cursor:auto !important;}

    Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    1- Actually, there is no specific option in the theme to change the font style of the mobile menu dropdown you have to make it using custom CSS code in the Theme Settings >>Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. You can use the below code to change it.

    .mobile-menu-content .et_b_header-menu .nav-sublist-dropdown{text-transform:lowercase !important;}

    2- Again, You have to make it using custom CSS code. I write the CSS code below to change the background color.

    .mobile-menu-content .et_b_header-menu .nav-sublist-dropdown{background:red !important;}

    In the above code, the word “red” is the color you can change it with the color you want.

    Thanks for the screenshot and site URL. I have checked your issue and found that on the menu item there is a margin set from the left and right. I simply remove the margin and the menu issue got fixed. You can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/XGFB2hRb now to apply this fix on your site simply navigate to Dashboard >> Theme settings >> Header builder >> Main menu and from there you are able to set/remove the margins as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/LhW6qvwk

    First of all, I want you to know that from where it is set and how you can remove/change it.

    In order to select a static block for a brand simply navigate to the Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets >> After the product >> from there you can choose a different block or remove the existing one as per your need see the image: https://postimg.cc/YGYPRr8z

    Now, as per your request. You said that you want to show a specific block for the brands on your site. The thing is that, it is globally set, there is no option in the theme to set a different block for the brands only, the block you set from the location I told above will appear on the shop, category, and brands pages, this is the default functionality and this is how it works.

    Unfortunately, there is no other way, The other way will be a hardcode in the theme core files but that will affect your site and also it will change after every update, so it’s not safe, the safest one is to change in the language files.

    Actually, The thing is issue appear only at the “FIXES FOR ADULTS” menu item. Because the other menu named “FIXES FOR KIDS” is working fine check the image of this menu item: “https://postimg.cc/dZVyNsL6 and https://postimg.cc/z34zcDbf ” The menu “FIXES FOR ADULTS” have an issue with the third-level menu like when you hover over the main item it will show all the items in it see the image: https://postimg.cc/0bgvCtFM

    Can you please delete the menu items “FIXES FOR ADULTS” completely including the parent item, then try to add them again in the menu, then save settings. I hope by doing this your issue will be resolved. But if it’s not then please share your site wp-admin URL and access in the private content area of this topic by following the below-given format.
