    1. To change the size of the Quantity Input and the border color, please copy and paste the following CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and adjust the values as needed:

    .single-product .quantity-wrapper.type-square span {
        font-size: 15px !important;
        border: 1px solid #1e73be !important;
    }

    2. Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the product’s short description with any page builder. This is a default functionality and can only be edited with the WordPress editor.

    Hello @Srinivasan,

    It appears that you have created a Single Product page using the Elementor Pro plugin? If so, it appears to be an issue with the Elementor Pro plugin. Could you please contact the Elementor Pro plugin for further assistance?

    Alternatively, if you are not using the Elementor Pro plugin for this purpose, please try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clear the cache of the browser, and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization, so that I can check and assist you accordingly.

    Please also provide the site WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic.

    Note: Please take a complete backup of your site first.

    We would like to remind you that you can only import a single demo on a single site at a time. If you attempt to import multiple demos on the same site, it could cause damage to the site.

    Please ensure that your server requirements meet the latest theme and plugin minimum requirements. You can refer to this test site requirement for reference: https://postimg.cc/wttf9r6N.

    We recommend that you reset your WordPress and start with a fresh one. Then, please follow the steps listed below:

    1. Install the theme on your site.
    2. Activate the theme with your purchase code.
    3. Install the Theme required plugin like XStore Core.
    4. Try to Import the single demo on your site.

    This is the “Quantity Discounts” feature which allows you to display quantity discounts on your single product pages. To use this feature, please go to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Sales Booster >> Quantity Discounts, and activate it.

    Hello Mohammad,

    Unfortunately, this is not possible. If you set the Shop page as your site home page, it will automatically pick the default template and style of the Shop.

    The Shop page is an Archive page, so you cannot add anything directly on that page with the page builder.

    If you want to add some content to the shop page, you have to use the Static Blocks and then use that Static Block shortcode under XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Shop >> Shop page Layout >> Shop Page Banner Content.     The New Label Range limit takes into account the “last update or modification date” of the product. If you select more than 10 in the New Label Range option, it will display on more products on your site.

    Thank you for your inquiry. We understand that you would like to remove a particular product category from your page. We can assist you with this by using Custom CSS code.

    First, you will need to inspect your page and select the product category you wish to remove. You will then be able to see the ID of that particular category in the code. Please refer to the screenshot provided: https://postimg.cc/B8TMBKNg

    Once you have the ID, please copy and paste the following CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. Be sure to change the ID in the code with the ID of the product category you wish to remove. This should solve your issue.

        display: none !important;
    }

    Note: change the ID in the given code with your product category ID.

    The 404 page is an Archive page that cannot be edited with the page builder. If you would like to add custom content, please go to Theme Options > 404 page and add the HTML content you would like to display. There is no specific option to add or remove other parts, and any additional customization would need to be done separately.

    Method 1: Edit the file wp-config.php:
    Add the following line to wp-config.php:

    Method 2: Edit the file .htaccess:
    Before editing, please make sure to back up .htaccess.

    Add the following line to .htaccess:

    php_value max_execution_time 300

    Method 3: Editing php.ini

    In order to modify the copyright information, please navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Footer column 1. There, you will be able to view the footer static block name, as seen in the image provided here: https://ibb.co/mtg86wW.
