Can’t activate X core, system requirements checked

I bought the x-sotre theme but can’t activate X core.
Message: “Oops it looks something went wrong. Please check your system requirements first. In case it will happened again, please, contact us 8theme.com”

I have check system requirements, it’s all ok.

for this information.
