I just purchased xstore theme but cant activate xstore core

We would like to know what issue you are having with activating our theme. Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue in the private content area? You can use this website to share the screenshot: https://postimages.org/.

Additionally, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic so that we can further investigate the issue and provide assistance.

Hello Giannis,

We kindly request that you update your PHP version to 7.4 and deactivate all third-party plugins on your site. After doing so, please attempt to activate the plugin again. We are confident that this will resolve the issue. Once the plugin is activated, you may reactivate the third-party plugins one by one.

If the issue persists, please keep the third-party plugins deactivated and grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and any on-site customizations. We will then investigate the issue further.
