    In order to troubleshoot the issues you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and mpc massive plugin) that are not bundled with XStore.     Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing problems.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations, so that we can investigate and provide assistance. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    1) To remove the Shop Page Banner Content, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Content. Remove the shortcode and save the settings. For reference, please see the attached image. https://postimg.cc/94gX5GwN

    Hello, @Steven Tay,

    1. In WordPress, you can view all your customer’s signup history through the “Users” menu.

    Here are the steps to view your customer’s signup history:

    Login to your WordPress Dashboard.

    Go to Users > All Users.

    You will see a list of all the users who have signed up on your website. You can use the search bar to find a specific user by their name, email address or any other relevant information.

    Click on the user’s name to view their profile.

    In the user profile, you will see their account information, including their username, email address, and password.

    To view the user’s signup history, click on the “Activity” tab.

    You will see a list of all the activities that the user has performed on your website, including when they signed up, logged in, updated their profile information, and more.

    That’s it! You can now view all your customer’s signup history in WordPress.

    2. In WooCommerce, you can configure your website to send you an email notification whenever a new user signs up. Here’s how to set it up:

    Go to your WordPress Dashboard.

    Go to WooCommerce > Settings.

    Click on the “Email” tab.

    Scroll down to the “New Account” section and check the box next to “Enable this email notification”.

    Enter your email address in the “Recipient(s)” field.

    Customize the email subject and content to your liking.

    Click the “Save changes” button at the bottom of the page.

    Now, every time a new user signs up on your website, you will receive an email notification at the email address you provided.

    We recommend that you navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources, and set them to Off.

    If the changes you have made in the Customizer are not visible on the front page, it is likely a cache issue. If the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end.

    We suggest that you try temporarily disabling any CDN caching or cache plugins, and clearing the browser cache, and then checking again.

    If the issue persists, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary working/valid access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.

    To do this, please follow these steps:
    – Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
    – Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

    1. To remove the three mini black lines, please copy and paste the following CSS code into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. After doing so, please clear your browser cache and check back to your site.

    2. To remove the yellow line below the sub-menu item on hover, please copy and paste the following CSS code to XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and then clear your browser cache.

    3. In order to reduce the space between the Sub Menu items, you will need to go to the Static Blocks and edit the particular static block which has been used for it.     We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is recommended that you run the import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/.

    This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.

    No changes are necessary to the footer static blocks tags element that has been assigned to your products. These tags can be found under the Products >> Tags section.

    If you would like to edit the trending tags, you can simply add or remove product tags under the Products >> Tags section and assign or unassign them from your products.

    We regret to inform you that there is no seperate setting of the Age Verify Popup for Mobile version only, You can find all the possible options and settings for the age verification popup under XStore >> Theme Options >> Age Verify Popup.

    Our theme’s default setting is that the age verification popup should close forever. However, we have found that caching plugins may affect the functionality of this feature.

    To prevent any caching issues with the age verification popup, we suggest adding the cookie name “age_verify_popup_shows” to your website’s settings. This should ensure that the age verification popup is not cached and the default functionality is maintained.
