    Hello, @Steven Tay,

    1. In WordPress, you can view all your customer’s signup history through the “Users” menu.

Here are the steps to view your customer’s signup history:

    Login to your WordPress Dashboard.

Go to Users > All Users.

You will see a list of all the users who have signed up on your website. You can use the search bar to find a specific user by their name, email address or any other relevant information.

Click on the user’s name to view their profile.

In the user profile, you will see their account information, including their username, email address, and password.

To view the user’s signup history, click on the “Activity” tab.

You will see a list of all the activities that the user has performed on your website, including when they signed up, logged in, updated their profile information, and more.

That’s it! You can now view all your customer’s signup history in WordPress.

    2. In WooCommerce, you can configure your website to send you an email notification whenever a new user signs up. Here’s how to set it up:

    Go to your WordPress Dashboard.

    Go to WooCommerce > Settings.

    Click on the “Email” tab.

Scroll down to the “New Account” section and check the box next to “Enable this email notification”.

Enter your email address in the “Recipient(s)” field.

Customize the email subject and content to your liking.

Click the “Save changes” button at the bottom of the page.

Now, every time a new user signs up on your website, you will receive an email notification at the email address you provided.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team.

    Hi Tony,

Thank you very much for your detail clarification and very helpful.

    I encountered 3 issues I am unable to solve;

    1. In All Users, I chose a signup customer (me) and send a password Reset Link to my email address BUT I cannot receive the this email. Is there any email setting for me to receive email successfully to reset my password in WordPress or Woocommerce?

    2. I am unable to find “Activity” tab in my WordPress. I have looked everywhere. Please assist to teach me to find it.

    3. In my Woocommerce under Setting > Email> I have scrolled down to the “New Account” section and check the box next to “Enable this email notification”. BUT there is no Recicipient Email box for me to key in my Email Address meaning “Enter your email address in the “Recipient(s)” field is Not Available or Missing.

Is there something wrong with my Woocommerce?

Please refer to Screenshot in Private content area.

    Kindly and please teach me.

Thank you very much again Tony.

    Hello, @Steven Tay,

    1. Here are some general troubleshooting steps you can try to ensure that you receive the password reset email successfully:

    a. Check your spam or junk folder: Sometimes, password reset emails can get filtered into the spam or junk folder. Check these folders to see if the email is there.

    b. Whitelist the email sender: If the password reset email is consistently getting filtered into the spam or junk folder, you may need to whitelist the email sender. This means adding the email address of the WordPress site to your email contact list or safe senders list.

    c. Contact your email provider: If the password reset email is not in your spam or junk folder and you are not receiving it, there may be an issue with your email provider. Contact them to see if there are any email filters or blocks that may be preventing the password reset email from coming through.

    d. Verify the email address on your WordPress account: Make sure that the email address associated with your WordPress account is correct and up-to-date. If it is not, update it and try to resend the password reset email.

    2. The “Activity” tab is a feature of Jetpack, a plugin that provides various tools and features for WordPress websites. If you have Jetpack installed and activated on your WordPress site, you should be able to find the “Activity” tab in the WordPress Dashboard.

Here are the steps to locate the “Activity” tab in WordPress:

    a. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard.
    b. Look for the “Jetpack” menu item in the left-hand menu.
    c. Hover over “Jetpack” to reveal a dropdown menu.
    d. Click on “Dashboard” in the dropdown menu.

This will take you to the Jetpack dashboard. Look for the “Activity” tab in the navigation menu at the top of the page.

If you do not see the “Activity” tab, it is possible that your version of Jetpack does not include this feature. Alternatively, it may be that you have not connected Jetpack to your WordPress.com account, which is required to access some Jetpack features.

If you are still having trouble locating the “Activity” tab, you can try reaching out to Jetpack support for further assistance.

    3. Could you please check it by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Three, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not? If the issue persists with the default WordPress theme as well then we suggest you reach our to WooCommerce support for further assistance on this issue as it is the default functionality of the WooCommerce: https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#email-settings
