    The cause of the error could be the use of third-party plugins that are based on Kirki.

    We recommend that you contact your hosting provider to inquire if they are blocking outgoing/ingoing connections to our server 136.243.62.54.

    Additionally, it would be beneficial to ask if there is a white/black list or IP restriction on your server. This could be the cause of the notifications issue.

    We would like to inform you that when the Variation Gallery is enabled on the product page, the product will only display the Variation Image Gallery and not the product video and product gallery simultaneously.

    This is a default functionality of the Variation Gallery option. If you would like to request a change to this, you can post it to our taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/, and our development team will be able to review it.

    Unfortunately, there is no option to add Custom Social Media on the main page and footer in our theme, Our theme provides the functionality to add the new Social Media using the “Social header element” but you can only select from the pre-given options: https://postimg.cc/fJgX3bSd

    If you want to set and choose your own Custom Social Icon then you can use the Custom HTML header element OR Elementor Custom HTML element.

    Create a new static block under WordPress dashboard > Static blocks > Add new.
    Use icon or icon box element > and upload icon as per your requirement.
    After that copy and paste the particular static block shortcode under HTML Element,
