    1. If you would like to add a Topbar to your site, please navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Header banner > add 8theme static block widget > Select static block > and save settings. For further reference, please refer to the image provided at the following link: https://postimg.cc/JDjfPLsm.

    The issue was caused by your Custom Template for the Shop Archive, which you designed with Elementor Pro template builder. This template had a higher priority than our theme Shop page, so it was not picking up the Theme Options. We have edited the template and removed the condition, which has resolved the issue.     1. If you would like to remove the Compare option from the Mobile Menu, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Mobile Menu > Elements, deactivate Compare and then Publish.

    2. If you want to change the color of the filter icon on mobile, please copy and paste the following CSS code to XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache:

    You can adjust/change the color code value in the code as needed.

    If you would like to hide the Additional Information tab, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Single Product Builder > Tabs > Element. There you can disable the Additional Information tab and publish it.

    Hello, mch,

    1- Banner with Mask are not all the same height, how can I have them same height.

    To set the images with same height, please edit page with wp-bakery > Edit banner with mask widget > Image > Set Banner image min height as per your requirements and save settings.

    2. How can I adjust the text, it comes in the middle?

    To adjust the text, please edit banner with Mask widget > add Banner Mask Text as per your requirements > after that little bit scroll down and set Style as per your requirements.

    3- How can I direct them to the right product page?

    Hello @Moka,

    We suggest that you try removing your site’s retina logo and then check back again. Sometimes, retina logos can cause conflicts that lead to this type of issue. If removing the retina logo resolves the issue, please reset the retina logo and the issue should be resolved.

    Hello @nothingandco,

    Xstore has a built-in option to select the pagination type for the shop and Archives pages. You can choose the pagination type infinite scroll for the shop and Archives pages. To do this, please navigate to Xstore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop Page Layout > select pagination type as infinite scroll and publish it.

    If this does not work, We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    Hello, mch,

    Thank you for your inquiry. To remove the website icon, also known as the favicon, from your WordPress website, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
    2. Navigate to “Appearance” and click on “Customize” in the sidebar.
    3. In the Customizer, look for the “Site Identity” section.
    4. Within the Site Identity section, you should see an option to upload or change the site icon or favicon.
    5. Click on the “Remove” or “Delete” button next to the current favicon.
    6. Save the changes by clicking on the “Publish” button.

    Once you’ve completed these steps, the favicon should be removed from your website.

    If you would like to change the color of the main menu text, please go to XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder. Check the main menu widget in the header builder where you have set and edit particular header settings.

    There you can select WCAG Color as per your needs and publish it.
