    Hello, Catholicans,

    We hope you will take the time to watch the following video: https://youtu.be/ZyjZ-vCx0pE.

    It explains how our shortcodes can be used to convert dynamic wishlists and compare pages to static ones. We believe this should help you resolve the issue with the URL.

    Hello, @PR,

    1. If you would like to make the main menu hover style the same as the demo, we kindly request that you copy and paste the following CSS code into XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS. After doing so, please clear your browser cache and check back to your site:

    .et_b_header-menu.et_element-top-level.menu-items-none .menu>li>a:before {
    content: '';
    position: absolute;
    left: 100%;
    bottom: 50%;
    background: url(https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/web-agency/wp-content/uploads/sites/12/2023/07/squiggle-right.svg );
    height: 20px;
    width: 20px;
    background-size: contain;
    opacity: 0;
    visibility: hidden;
    transition: all .2s ease-out;
    }

    After that, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder > Main Menu > Style > Text Color (Hover, Active) > Select as per your requirements and publish it.

    Please refer to the image provided at the following link for further reference: https://imgur.com/6Knuwme

    2. To create a slim banner with the words “web development” as seen in the demo, please edit the page using Elementor > add the Marquee element > adjust the settings according to your needs.

    For further reference, please refer to the image provided at the following link: https://postimg.cc/bd3TZSFC

    We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to hearing from you.

    Hello, @Ani,

    Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.

    We would like to explain how to make the size guide appear on specific categories only. To do this, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce (Shop) > Single Product Builder. Then, click on “Multiple Templates” and create new templates and assign the condition to apply the template to the particular category. For a better reference, please see the images provided: https://postimg.cc/XZ9VMD52 , https://postimg.cc/8sMLK1sW

    We suggest that you edit the template and add the Sizing Guide widget to the section. Please ensure that all available settings for this widget are set according to your requirements. For reference, please see the image at the following link: https://imgur.com/L14SLP3 & https://postimg.cc/30Yjj6Xz

    We hope this will resolve your issue.

    Hello, @stefan,

    We regret to inform you that it is not possible to achieve your desired outcome with the current version of the theme. Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style, and functionality described on the item page.

    If you would like to pursue paid customization services, we recommend submitting a customization request to the WPKraken team via their website: https://wpkraken.io/?ref=8theme.

    Alternatively, you can post your request on our Taskboard at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. If it receives enough votes from other customers, our development team will consider adding it in one of the upcoming updates.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello, @gamrah,

    I’d be glad to help you diagnose the issue with your XStore site. Slow backend performance and 503 errors can be frustrating, but there are several potential reasons for these problems. Let’s go through a step-by-step process to identify and address the root causes:

    1. Plugin Conflict: You mentioned that switching to a default theme improved performance. This indicates that there might be a conflict between the Xstore theme and one or more plugins. Start by deactivating all the plugins and then reactivating them one by one while testing the backend performance after each activation. This will help you identify if any specific plugin is causing the slowdown.

    2. Server Resources: Check if your server has sufficient resources to handle the website’s traffic and workload. If you are on shared hosting, it’s possible that other sites on the same server are affecting your site’s performance. Consider upgrading your hosting plan or switching to a more powerful hosting provider if needed.

    3. Database Optimization: Optimize your WordPress database to improve query performance.

    4. Security Audit: Sometimes, malicious bots or attacks can overload your server, leading to 503 errors. Consider performing a security audit to identify and mitigate any potential threats.

    5. Database Queries: Analyze the database queries executed by your site and identify any slow or resource-intensive queries. Plugins like Query Monitor can help you with this.

    After implementing these steps, retest your site and see if the performance improves.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello @atahan,

    1. Unfortunately, there is no such option available in our theme. However, you may be able to prevent image theft by following the instructions provided in the articles linked below:

    https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-stop-copying-and-downloading-of-images/#:~:text=Right%2Dclicking%20on%20an%20image,additions%20to%20secure%20your%20pages.

    https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/4-ways-to-prevent-image-theft-in-wordpress/

    2. By default, WooCommerce handles image size. You can set the image width to 1200 from Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product images, however, the height of the image is automatically generated based on the width. For more information, please refer to the WooCommerce official documentation here: https://woocommerce.com/document/image-sizes-theme-developers/ and the product images here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/.

    It is recommended to use a graphics editor to prepare product images (make them the same size) before uploading them to your media gallery. If you do not want to resize images manually, you may contact WooCommerce support for other suggestions.

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello Kevin,

    Unfortunately, there is no direct option in our theme for this. However, you can try a workaround. You will need to create your data sheet and then upload it to your site from WP-Dashboard >> Media. After that, you can edit the product with page builder and write the Custom HTML code for the anchor link in it. You will need to copy the URL of the uploaded datasheet and paste it into the anchor link shortcode. We have created a video to demonstrate the process, which can be found in the private content area of this topic.

    Hello, @victortrocino,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    If you are facing a 404 error page when clicking on a product in your WordPress WooCommerce website, it could be due to several reasons. Let’s go through some troubleshooting steps to identify and fix the issue:

    1. Permalink Settings: Start by checking your permalink settings in WordPress. Incorrect permalink settings can lead to 404 errors. To do this, go to “Settings” > “Permalinks” in your WordPress dashboard. Ensure that you have an appropriate permalink structure selected, such as “Post name” or “Product name.” Save the changes.

    2. Check Product Slug: Verify that the product slug (the part of the URL representing the product) is correctly generated. It should not contain any special characters or spaces. If there are any issues, edit the product and update the slug to something simple and descriptive.

    3. Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site. If this situation is independent of our theme, we would recommend you contact the support of WooCommerce – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    4. We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further:
