How to add image on top of page for brands?

Hello,

on this demo; https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor2/industrial-power-tools/shop/
you can see that there is an image of the screw driver and text on the very top of the page.

how can we add images/static blocks for brands?

we have added a domain on the PCA, we can add text on the top section, but how can we add images/static blocks for that section to make it look more appealing?

so basally just make a static block and then put the static block code and it will show up?
