Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result.

When you re-size/reduct browser window, you need to reload page, click on https://prnt.sc/20xlrju and check the content then.

1/ Try to disable “Stretch Product Image” via Theme Options
2/ When you re-size browser window, you need to reload page, click on https://prnt.sc/20xlrju and check the content then.
i tried enabling this but the popup doesn’t show anymore
– try to check via an incognito browser window, or clear browser cookies and check then.
This is weird. It’s working properly on firefox. the first time i tested it it’s working on chrome. But now on chrome it doesnt show. http://prntscr.com/20xd8k9

2/ Check on a real mobile device where you are not login as administrator. It is because of the default admin panel, so your users won’t face such situation.

A lot of our customers use W3 Cache plugin, I suppose you need to play with settings of the plugin to prevent compatibility issues with other plugins on the site and our Theme Options > Speed Optimization settings.

All the available templates of the revolution slider you can find in the Downloads area https://www.8theme.com/downloads : Revolution Slider default examples – 5x and Revolution Slider default examples – 4x, also you can use the Revolution slider templates from our demos, you can find them in XStore import files archive. All the other templates of the Revolution slider are not available if you don’t buy the personal plugin license.
If you want to get access to extra addons that Revolution slider offers for those who purchased the individual license you need to buy the individual license. Extra features do not come with the extended license, this is Revolution slider authors rules. We can do nothing with this.
