Do you mean 2 products should be shown there?
Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear all cache, and check then. If the problem is independent of plugins, provide FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
