Form is “request a quote” in my ecommerce

Hello, I have activated REQUEST A QUOTE.

How do I proceed so that when I press the REQUEST A QUOTE button it shows me a form and in it I indicate the product in which I am interested?

Thank you, but in that form how do I know what product you are referring to?

You can add in the contact form a field where customer will be able to enter name or URL of the product.
