Please check the Private content. You activated XStore on a few sites, some use it still, like https://su*****world.co/ All these sites are 1 end project?
According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project) – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses.

Recently viewed products based on visitor browser cookies and display products you recently visited.
Do you use any cache plugin? Do you use the built-in element to show Recently viewed products or third-party plugin? Could you provide us with URL and temporary WP Dashboard access?

Also, Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Static Blocks Cache > Off. Activate it once all changes in the footer will be done.

Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
