Hello,

WooCommerce sorting options you can find in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product page.
You can check if this solution https://www.templatemonster.com/help/woocommerce-how-to-remove-some-options-from-the-sort-by-list.html is ok for you to remove some sorting options from the list. Use child theme function for these changes.

I can see 3rd party plugins on your site, they can be reason for the problem with import.
I’ve disabled WPBakery plugin, because you imported Elementor demo content. Do not use both plugins at the same time.
Appearance > Widgets > Footer > correct static block selected. Also, Elementor was activated for static blocks, so you can edit Footer static blocks now – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
Headphone demo version uses Multiple headers – https://gyazo.com/f214194b63fbec6e7f864ea4a2ebe61a

Hello,

It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

The header is different because Multiple headers are used, go to Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > edit custom Header for the Home page, here is a video about Multiple headers – https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc

About the Footer, provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

I’m trying to edit images in the header.

– Theme Options > Header builder, change logo, check Multiple headers settings – https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc

When I click on the xstore theme editor it takes me to the default under construction page

– it is correct in case this page is selected as the Home page. In this case, set the correct page as Home, and install and use an additional plugin that will hide your site content from unlogged users.

I tried to replace the image and it won’t show the new image even after I dumped the cache in my browser.

– could you provide URL and temporary wp-admin access?

If you could show me how to edit individual pages in xstore I can get it from there.

– multiple headers functionality can be used to set different headers for different pages.

Also if I have it not set to full width, when you load mobile the content is off the page

– try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If the problem is independent of plugins, provide temporary FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Header Builder > Mobiel menu > Off-Canvas Type > try to switch to right or left instead of the center because the center type uses Ajax to load mobile menu content.

It is aligned center according to the parent Main menu item. Try to activate Mega Menu Dropdown Full-Width in Theme Options > Header builder > Main menu.
