No footer or different header on different page?

i tried to delete the whole site and reinstall wordpress+woo+theme many times, now the header is no problem, but still no footer?
Can you please check my site?

i tried another time, again! other page header is different from the home page header, and no footer!!!
is your theme usable? waste my time!

Hello,

It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.

The header is different because Multiple headers are used, go to Theme Options > Header builder > Multiple headers > edit custom Header for the Home page, here is a video about Multiple headers – https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc

About the Footer, provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

it is clean wordpress+woo, no other content. and i have done nothing to the setting. the header problem have nothing to do with the multiple headers, because it occured some times on different installation. the footer problem is the same, occured some times, but the footer problem occured every times in latest few installations.

Hello,

I can see 3rd party plugins on your site, they can be reason for the problem with import.
I’ve disabled WPBakery plugin, because you imported Elementor demo content. Do not use both plugins at the same time.
Appearance > Widgets > Footer > correct static block selected. Also, Elementor was activated for static blocks, so you can edit Footer static blocks now – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/47-static-blocks
