I can’t translate the theme with loco translate, I want to translate it into Spanish, could you help me, thanks
Please read our docs – https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/Theme_Translation/Base_Theme_Translation.html
If any further assistance is needed, set the administrator role for the user, so we can access the Dashboard.
Hello, I have left you the access, in the previous message. I have already tried as the tutorial tells me and they do not work, you can enter and check it
Access you provided does not give ability to see the Dashboard, so set administrator role for the user you provided for us. There is redirect from /wp-admin/ to frontend page of /my-account/. Waiting for your reply.
I also have another problem, on the product page, the descriptions of variations had been put in white, I have put the css code to test and now the letter appears, but it is not correct, the problem came from when I am trying to translate the page with loco translate, before you could see the description of the variations
1/ Try to translate strings now. Provide screenshots of strings where translation doesn’t work. You can use the Lightshot screenshot tool.
2/ Provide URL of product with the problem and screenshots for a better understanding.
Thanks in advance
About the description of the variations, attached photos.
This is the css code that I put, I would like the theme to be like this from the origin, the description of the variations disappeared
All this happened to me when I did a plugin update
Sorry for the delay in answering.
We can’t log in. Have you changed credentials?
Provide temporary FTP access also. If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
good morning, change the password, I have put it again.
Sorry, but I’m trying to explain to you that it does not work https://recordit.co/ajZ9eavTjO
Does your hosting have any limits for connections from other countries? Or maybe you use any third-party plugin that blocks that. Please, resolve this moment to allow us to log in and proceed.
good afternoon, I finish opening a ticket with hosting support, so they can tell me what can happen, why they can’t enter.
I tell you, that looking closely, the words that loco translate won’t let me translate, are the following:
Recenttly added item(s)
Regarding that they cannot access my worpress, my server has told me the following so that they can access:
Some time ago we added new security rules to limit the scope of the attacks that are carried out against the server where your account is hosted, and the load that these can generate.
Among other things, in these rules we block requests to files that are frequently attacked like the wordpress login from browsers that do not have certain languages installed. Some of them are the following:
It is not necessary that they all be installed, nor that they be the main use, simply that there is one is enough. This measure is designed to prevent access by bots, and only applies to sensitive areas of the web (access to the public area is not restricted based on these measures).
To access, you just have to add one of the allowed languages to the browser; for example for Chrome you can do it by following these steps:
Go to the top right menu -> “Settings”
At the bottom, click Show “advanced settings”
In the section “Languages” -> “Add languages”
Add Spanish to the list
To add them in Mozilla Firefox:
Go to menu -> “Preferences”
“Language” -> “Select…”
Here choose Spanish as the language (the one you specify [es] ) and add it to the browser anywhere (it does not have to be first).
Regardless of the browser, when you finish adding the language, delete the cache and cookies and restart the program; so you should be able to enter the web normally.
If this gives you problems or it is not possible to install it, let us know to find alternative solutions, but ideally this procedure is followed.
Changes were done in framework/woo.php file, so you can get this file for other your sites via FTP. Also, take .pot file (woopress/languages folder) and synchronize translation – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/103-translation-files-update
then I only have to execute what is indicated in the link? I don’t have to modify the franework/woo.php file?which tells me, that I can copy and paste woo.php in another woorpress ?
Excuse me, but I am not clear, could you tell me more about it, sorry for the inconvenience, I use windows 10, which poedit do I download?
