1/ How does it work when the default WC theme – Storefront is activated on your site? Please check and provide us with screenshots/video.
Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.
It is important to check if the problem persists with the default theme to find out if it comes from the theme or from something else.

Elementor plugin has 2 versions: free and Pro. Elementor plugin author does not offer developer license for the Pro version and does not allow to built-in Pro version of plugin to themes. So, you’ll be able to use free version of the Elementor but in case you want to get Pro version you will need to buy individual license, our theme supports Elementor Pro.
All our demos are built using the free version of the Elementor plugin and XStore Elementor elements. So, Elementor Pro is not required.

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, then check. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

As was mentioned in the first reply to this topic, you need to use a graphics editor and prepare product or post images (make them the same size) before uploading images to your media gallery.
For your current images, it will work in the same way even with a default theme.

We hope that your hosting provider makes regular backups of your site and you will be able to restore it from backup.

1/ The problem is caused by your custom CSS code – https://prnt.sc/zzhdFzNEoQnr https://prnt.sc/9F0Sp31AzK_r , delete or change that code in Additional custom CSS area
2/ You need to enable a separate cache for the mobile devices in the cache plugin setting. Or if you don’t want to enable that then disable the Mobile header optimization option in Theme Options > General.
