Can Xstore provide elementor pro plugin for free?

    hi，
    When I use elementor to edit the page, I can’t use the slides widget to edit, is it because Xstore can’t provide elementor pro service?

    How should I request a refund if the Elementor pro plugin is not available?

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
    We have our own Slides element – https://prnt.sc/mqob-CMhlk56 Please try to use it.
    Elementor plugin has 2 versions: free and Pro. Elementor plugin author does not offer developer license for the Pro version and does not allow to built-in Pro version of plugin to themes. So, you’ll be able to use free version of the Elementor but in case you want to get Pro version you will need to buy individual license, our theme supports Elementor Pro.
    All our demos are built using the free version of the Elementor plugin and XStore Elementor elements. So, Elementor Pro is not required.
