Main Header desktop view showing mobile view

Great theme (Xstore). I have a problem, the main header works fine for a while then header on desktop view keeps showing a mobile header and vice versa.

Cleared cache but keeps reoccurring.

1/ https://prnt.sc/apyD7ckkZDG6 – you need to update Core plugin – https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update
2/ Go to Theme Options > General > Mobile content optimization > Disable option. Check the header after that.

I have made the update but still the same recurring on mobile and web.

You need to enable a separate cache for the mobile devices in the cache plugin setting. Or if you don’t want to enable that then disable the Mobile header optimization option in Theme Options > General.

The problem was caused by custom CSS code.

Try to disable “Static Blocks Cache” in Theme Options > Speed optimization
