wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

If you want to be able to edit static blocks using Elementor, go to Elementor > Settings > Post types.
As I can see you are using Elementor for pages and so on, so the WPBakery plugin can be disabled. In case using 2 these builders at the same time, a mess in content can happen.

Hello,
I’ve activated “Classic Widgets Panel” in Theme Options > General.
Please go to Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar > set desired widgets and check the sidebar then.
Also, I’ve disabled Stretch Product Images (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products Style ).

You are using cache plugin, try to temporarily disable it. Clear cache of browser and check changes then.
We checked your web-site with the StoreFront default WooCommerce theme and we found that when the default Price filter is added to the sidebar area -> https://prnt.sc/dv_Pb3FMfqdO it is not showing on that category -> https://prnt.sc/vS9NMqrHvprm
That price filter also is not shown on another product category -> https://prnt.sc/sAdECELxzgOp
It means that the problem is independent of our theme and persists with the default StoreFront theme too.

Improvement (because Ajax loading for widgets on mobile was not there at all) will be included in the next update, we plan to release it on September 7.
Please check the screenshot in the Private Content area, the text is already left aligned. Maybe you can’t see it because of cache, try to clear cache of your browser.

If you want to use our filters, disable 3rd party plugin you currently use, because it can be the reason of problems. Then go to Theme Options > General > Enable Classic Widgets Panel > On; go to Appearance > Widgets > add widgets into Shop filters area.
