Problem with the store’s filters - by CJCORP

Hello,
I have a problem with the filters in my store.

I have created the sidebar of my store, they are displayed for all my categories except one, named: “Thés Parfumés”.

I am sending you 2 screens, 1 where the filters of the sidebar and 1 other that does not display.

Hello,

How does it work when the default WC theme – Storefront is activated on your site?
It is important to check if the problem persists with the default theme to find out if it comes from the theme or from something else.

Widgets could be messed up after switching, so open the Appearance > Widgets tab before switching to be able to move the widgets to the correct area after switching back.

When I switch the theme to storefront all my store filters disappear I only find the basic widgets. I don’t really understand what’s going on.

Hello,

When you activate the default theme, widgets are different and it is normel, please set a few widgets into the Shop sidebar and check it all of them are displayed in “Thés Parfumés” category.
If you face the same problem independently of the theme, contact the support of WooCommerce and WP support. Let them know that the problem is independent of the theme.

Hi,

so I tried your method and it’s probably due to the theme, because by activating the theme “storefont” on the store the filters are displayed well in all categories.

When I put back the Theme Xstore I have the same problem, the filters are not displayed only in the category “Thés Parfumés”

Do you understand what’s going on?

We checked your web-site with the StoreFront default WooCommerce theme and we found that when the default Price filter is added to the sidebar area -> https://prnt.sc/dv_Pb3FMfqdO it is not showing on that category -> https://prnt.sc/vS9NMqrHvprm
That price filter also is not shown on another product category -> https://prnt.sc/sAdECELxzgOp

We checked your situation deeply and found that many products on thes parfumes category are not able to be bought -> https://prnt.sc/Fc1dx9RbqozX

Changed one products variations -> https://prnt.sc/nXkRbjjpAWiu but filters are still not showing

We also tried to change the amount of products shown but filters are still not shown.

According to the fact that with the Storefront there is no default Filter by price widget as well, we would recommend you to contact WooCommerce plugin support with such question. https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ Once they give you an answer, write us as well to understand whose issue it is. Screenshots of added default Price filter widget and frontend (without that widget) were provided to you above.

I am afraid we cannot do much since we cannot check the widget settings for you. Does your theme maybe have widget visibility settings? I can see that there is really no output: https://d.pr/i/wSoimF

The layered navigation is not loaded to begin with.

Does the theme have widget visibility settings?

It means that the problem is independent of our theme and persists with the default StoreFront theme too.
