8theme – Filter Products by Brands issue

Hello, i have problem with your widget, 8theme – Filter Products by Brands.
There are about 15 thousand products on the site, and this widget takes about 15 seconds to load, in the settings I chose the Ajax method and everything worked, but recently I noticed that on the mobile version the widget loads without Ajax. And it doesn’t matter if it’s a mobile device or a mobile version in a browser on a desktop.

Thanks for using our theme.
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, then I will pass your question to our dev team.
wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

Improvement (because Ajax loading for widgets on mobile was not there at all) will be included in the next update, we plan to release it on September 7.
