Impossible to add a new product. After adding the website is kind of freezing

    It is impossible to add or duplicate a new product without it freezing after the web page is opened and providing only a strange view.

    I have been trying this for days with no success. All patches are installed and X-Store is up to date.

    How do I solve the problem?

    In order to identify the issue on your site, we kindly ask you to enable debug mode in WordPress, as per the instructions provided in the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/. This will help to determine what needs to be fixed.

    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    Hello, Juergen,

    We’ve created a new product “New test product” and duplicated one of the existing products “AirPods Pro (Kopie)”, without any problem.

    But we can see critical error from jetpack plugin: 2023-04-06T10:05:40+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_id() on null in /wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/woocommerce-analytics/classes/class-jetpack-woocommerce-analytics-universal.php:264
    to check the issue please, go to Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs and select today’s log.
    We would recommend you disable the jetpack plugin or contact their support.

    After disabling the jetpack plugin, please record a video for us where we will be able to see the problem with the new product creation. Do not forget to clear cache of browser.

    Hi Rose,
    first I updated Jetpack – same problem.
    Then – I deactivated and deleted Jetpack and cleared the cache.

    The problem is gone.
