    We’ve fixed the problem with the sidebar, the fix will be included in the next theme update also.

    “I would like to use the IKS Menu that I designed to be placed within the sidebar. But does XStore have a product accordion feature already?” – this question is a bit unclear to us. Please describe it in more detail with links and screenshots.

    Files that you downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/glotpress/projects/xstore/ should be renamed.

    We can upload translation files on your site in case you provide us with temporary wp-admin access.
    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    It could be possible that the issue is caused by dynamic content from outside of Elementor widgets.

    Also, you can check if it works ok with the Elementor shortcode widget added to the Single product template. (because you told us we cannot edit anything).

    Hello, Gewoonbovenaan,

    The child theme does not inherit the theme options of the parent theme, if you enable the child theme, you need to import options from the parent theme.
    Go to Theme Options (when the parent theme is activated) > Import/Export > download the export file. After that activate the child theme > go to Theme Options > Import/Export > import your options and reload the page without saving! Save options only after reloading.
    Check your site after that.

    1/ Try to disable “Catalog Mode” via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop and check the Price then.

    2/ Provide URL of a particular product and let us know what price is shown there when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on your site.

    3/ Provide FTP access, then our dev team will check what can be done to help you.

    Yes, any file from the parent XStore theme or any plugin will be “erased” after its update. But according to the fact this fix will be included in the next theme update, you can do such improvements because they will be included globally later and won’t be lost.

    You may edit et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/hotspot.php and add next lines →

    I think your local styles are not applied because of the priority. Could you try to add !important postfix for your CSS property? More details → https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_important.asp

    Also, there could be a case you need to add custom css with classes, selectors of tags for which you want to apply your font. For example:
    .et-footers-wrapper, .container .etc.

    Also, it is important to mention we have a Custom Fonts feature ( https://prnt.sc/RmiH52SEwopr ) if you want to use your own fonts. Uploading it once you will be able to choose it from Theme Options in all typography fields.

    The plugins included with our theme are external. We have purchased an Extended License for each of these plugins. They are fully functional and should run perfectly.

    The latest plugin versions are always available. You can find them in the theme folder, and you can get them directly from us. Simply login to your account on our site ( http://www.8theme.com/my-account/), go to the https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ page, enter your purchase code, and you’ll be granted access to the appropriate archives.

    Registration of these plugins is not necessary. They will function perfectly without any need for activation.

    The plugin activation option was added only for those who need to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. If you need this option, you will first need to purchase and register the plugin.

    1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue with you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    2/ Please check how it works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated on your site.
    Let us know the result.

    3/ Do you see any errors in the browser console while getting the loader on checkout? Open it by right click > Inspect > https://prnt.sc/hTn3I8zssqbP Provide us with a screenshot of the results.

    Do you mean price on Shop or single product page?

    We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    We uploaded a fix in next files:

    To fix the frontend result you need to resave editor with elements you had issues. We could do it by ourself by after going to editor of your home page we found that there are few “drafts” which could be unfinished of editing and differ from the home page content you have now:
