    Translation files of the theme should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder,
    plugins, like Core plugin, in /wp-content/languages/plugins folder,
    with correct names, for example, for XStore theme: xstore-tr_TR.po, and xstore-core-tr_TR.po for XStore Core plugin, then you will not lose translation after the update – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    We would recommend doing a backup of all the files before any update.

    Also, after every update, you need to synchronize translation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/ Sometimes new strings are added, and only after synchronization, you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. Not always, but some strings can be missing after the sync and you need to find and translate them one more time, this is independent of us and relates to WP functionality.

    You need to use a short list of items in the All departments menu, or use the long menu with the scroll but without sub-items. There is no way to get both together.

    There is no problem with the menu functionality.
    Categories can’t be imported with exactly the same hierarchy as in the demo. You can delete demo categories and add your own for your own products, or edit the hierarchy via Dashboard> Products > Categories, for example, https://prnt.sc/THc9Tr4O8qAi

    It worked when we edited the custom CSS, and our changes can’t cause this problem.
    Have you do any changes after that? Maybe installed a plugin or edit files?
    If you do not remember, contact your hosting provider and ask for help with the “took too long to respond” problem.

    So, please deactivate all 3rd-party plugins and check then.

    You do not need to be a programmer, page content is created using the Elementor plugin. Did you work with Elementor before? Please watch video tutorials about Elementor online.

    In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    In order to solve your issue please go to Elementor > Tools and click on Regenerate CSS & Data. Clear cache of browser and check the Footer then.

    Static Block is the custom Post type and Elementor added a new option of styles optimization that generates the styles only if you visit the post type page directly after changes of the content. Static block displayed in footer, it’s not the block page itself that’s why this issue appears.

    You can contact with plugin’s author to ask what filters/hooks they use and how to fix such incompatibilities. Because it means that they fully rewrite texts on buttons and that’s why such questions could be addressed to them.
