    Hello Chandni,

    We’ve disabled the Sticky header plugin and then activate it back, this fixed this problem, it looks like some styles were cached, and this action cleared that cache.

    The New Label takes into account the “last update or modification date” of the product.
    You can disable this label via Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Shop Elements >> Product badges.

    Probably you did not migrate correctly. Try the Duplicator plugin.
    We recommend contacting your hosting provider, because, as a rule, hosting support helps with this. Site migration is not related to the theme, so we don’t have any detailed suggestions.

    We’ve taken Theme Options settings from one site to another for you, so it looks better now. But we would recommend to to do corect full migration with help of your hosting provider. We can’t be responsible for migration done by you and guarantee that all is fine right now on your second site.

    We have never encountered such a problem before, and we believe that one of the following could be the cause:
    – Database manipulation (restoration, cleaning, etc.) – the patch installation data is stored in the database and if it is corrupted, this kind of situation may arise.
    – Database cache
    – Use of plugins to modify database queries
    In any case, the issue is related to database manipulation.

    – Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

    In order to resolve your issue, please navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> Header builder >> Contacts element and delete the existing elements then add them again from scratch.

    As an example, the “Url For Field” for a phone number should be formatted as “tel:+xxxxxxxxxx” and for an email address as “mailto:your_email”.

    Do you use cache plugin or CDN? Please temporarily disable them, clear cache of browser, and check then.

    It looks like a cache issue because the admin can see the not cached version without the problem.
