    According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site and/or localhost, but the same project), read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses.
    As we mentioned, you used 1 license to activate XStore on more than 10 sites, which is a violation of Envato’s rules and licensing policies.
    To resolve this situation, please provide us with individual purchase codes for every site.

    Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.
    If it works fine with Storefront, provide us with screenshots or video of the correct work, and temporary FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.

Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    Please check not in the editor, but on frontend, the mentioned menu is white.

    Theme Options > Footer > Styling > Text Color Scheme, but in the editor, this color is not applied, you need to check it on the frontend.

    1/ There are Mixed Content errors on your site. Please check the screenshot in the Private Content area, and contact your hosting provider to solve Mixed Content errors.
    2/ You updated WooCommerce, but forget to update the theme. You need to update XStore theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and Core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
    After that clear cache and check the gallery on a single product page.

    If the problem will be not solved still, try to disable all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clear the cache of your browser, and then check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    “I need the plugin to be configure , the customer required it. Is there any way you all can help ? Because I been using this plugin for 1 week, why yesterday only have that issue ?” – maybe you updated the WooCommerce, but the plugin isn’t compatible with it. We would recommend you contact the support team of the plugin and ask about their assistance with it.

    Indeed, it could have been due to the default value of the WooCommerce which sets 20-30 variations for which it runs checks and so on. With the code you added, you increased the default value which helped you as there were many possible combinations >30.

    “i did what you said but the same issue and i did remove all plugins !!!” – we already find a plugin that caused the problem, I mentioned it a few times, so you do not need to remove all other plugins. Maybe just keed disable the cache plugin to be able to see changes at once.
