    There is no separate import for RTL. You already imported demo content on https://doaamkalde.com/dm-rtl-test/ , you selected RTL language to the site, and now you can edit the texts and the images. From now you may edit the demo content on-site depending on your needs.

    “its disabled ???” – yes, we’ve disabled the plugin because it caused the problem on your site. Go to Plugins and check by yourself.
    “what i need to do then ?!” – we would recommend you read the documentation of the plugin or contact their support team.
    This problem is independent of our theme. You can activate any other theme + activate TranslatePress – Multilingual plugin and you will get the same problem.
    We, as theme support, can help only with causes which strictly related to our theme, not with problems that are independent of our theme. We hope it is clear now.

    We’ve checked and we do not see the problem with RTL on our test sites.
    There is something on your site that causes the problem. It can be a 3rd- party plugin, custom code, or something else. We tried to disable plugins, but the account you provided for us does not have permission for this. Please check and provide us with such permission, or disable all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/).

    No, please do not activate the Kirki plugin to prevent conflicts with our Core plugin.

    Please disable the Menu cache first (Theme Options > Speed optimization). Then go to Theme Options > Header Builder > Main menu > Font Family. Header Builder > Main header > WCAG Color. Theme Options > Breadcrumbs > Background Color and Background Image.

    “I see there are 4 patchers being shown. Should I apply them all. Will it help?” – with the latest XStore theme version, there should not be any Patchers, because there were included in the latest theme version.
    Please do not update the Core plugin before the theme update.
    In your case, you need to update XStore to v.9.1.8 version first – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and only after that update the Core plugin.
    To update the theme manually, please, download XStore – Installable Archive from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ , then go to your Dashboard > Themes > Add new > Upload theme > select theme archive > Install now > Replace current with upload and the theme will be updated.

    “Seems that solution doesn’t work.” – as was mentioned we can help you update the Core plugin in case you provide temporary access. Did you read our documentation? Have you tried to update it via FTP?
    There is another simple way to update plugins, please follow the next steps: 1/ Download a plugin from this page – https://www.8theme.com/account ; 2/ Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the plugin will be updated on your site.

    Mentioned by you blocks, from a 3rd party site, were created using Elementor, probably you will be able to create similar blocks on your site too.

    Hello, Gianluca,

    We asked you to check how it is displayed with the Storefront theme because we suppose the mentioned situation is independent of our theme. In case it will be confirmed after testing with Storefront, you will need to contact the support of the WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Please go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too.

    Two different product attributes are available in WooCommerce, local and global product attributes. In WooCommerce both options are called attributes, but there is a difference in the functionality of these attributes.
    Global attributes: These are the properties that you will find in the WP-Admin under Product > Attributes. All attributes created here are at on a global website level and can be used with all products.
    Local attributes: These attributes are created when you create or edit a product. You cannot use these attributes to filter and they are only visible on the product page itself.
    Local attributes can be edited/deleted for every product individually because they were created in such a way.

    – go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09 – this is important.
    The update the plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
    Also, we can do this for you, in case you provide us with the URL and temporary wp-admin access.

    “I have tried but the migration fails.” – Site migration is not related to the theme. We are not sure what exactly you tried, and on what exactly step it fails, you did not describe it, but if you can’t migrate, contact your hosting provider to get assistance. Our theme does not cause any problems for the correct migration process.

    Double-check that the names of translation files and locations, so they are correct.
