Cart and Order Restrictions plugin doesn’t work

Hi there,

I bought Cart and Order Restrictions plugin on woocommerce official shop to set order quantity products by 6.
The problem is that when I’m on the cart page and click to checkout button I can’t access to the checkout page.
Is it not compatible ?
I deactivated it for the moment but I need cause you know in wine business, winery send bottles by 6 in box.

Could you please check how it works when Advanced Layout is disabled in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Cart/Checkout Layout?
Let us know the result.

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

No it still not working.
It a plugin from woocommerce official library ! it should be working.
How can I do ? I can’t use Elementor pro now Cart and Order Restrictions plugin. I can’t use any plugin ?
I need send bottles by 6 and increment order by 6, what is the solution ?

Please check how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.
If it works fine with Storefront, provide us with screenshots or video of the correct work, and temporary FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.

To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

To apply a fix, we will need to make some tests. If your site is live, create a staging site (full copy) and provide us with access.

I’ve done a copy on an url development.
So I would like to activate the plugin cart and order restrictions for limit a command by 6 with a range of 6 but it’s not working.

Dear, Shirley Djaka,

I’ve read the conversation and asked you to do the test to find out if the problem persists with our theme only or not.
We have done this test for you already, and the result: the same problem persists independently of the activated theme (can’t access to the checkout page even with Storefront). Then we checked WooCommerce > Status > Logs, and here is the result – “2023-07-03T17:08:33+00:00 CRITICAL Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: string / string in /home/clients/750cffd053f851181de79c86d51438f1/sites/vins-niero.dev-djaka.fr/wp-content/plugins/addify-cart-and-order-restrictions/includes/class-af-crt-cart-validation.php:582” It means, the problem is caused by a critical error in files of addify-cart-and-order-restrictions plugin. You need to contact support for the plugin to get assistance.
