    Hello, @cheyingtan,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

To solve the mega menu dropdown issue, please copy and paste the following CSS code to XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache:

    .et_b_header-menu .menu-item-has-children a:after {content: "";display: block !important;height: 45px !important;width: 100% !important;position: absolute !important;}

    Hello @cheyingtan,

    Thank you for your response.

We have conducted an inspection of your website and have not identified any issues. The provided CSS code is only applicable to desktop devices and not to mobile devices. We have recorded a video for your reference. Please watch it in its entirety for a better understanding. https://www.veed.io/view/2137306f-b6f8-4b63-8204-aecbeb3a3102?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

If u add in the code into css and check mobile version in live version, the menu become unclickable. And if u remove it, mobile menu works again.

I understand that u test in inspection mode, and it works. I am not sure why it doesn’t work in live version.

I had create a test acc for u, u can try add the code into live website, and see whether it works on ur mobile.

    Hello, @cheyingtan,

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with information regarding the mobile device you are having an issue with.

To help us better understand the issue, we kindly ask that you record a video of the problem and upload it to a file-sharing service, such as WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/).

Also, create temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hi @Tony Rodriguez

All mobile device wont work after adding in the code. submenu in mobile become un-expandable, meaning if we click on arrow down button, it wont expand. We can only click on main menu and it will open, just submenu wont show.

I have no idea on what to show in video as its not clickable, u wont see anything even i took a video, maybe u try it with ur own mobile phone u will know what i mean.

I add in details for wp admin access in private area.

    Hello, @cheyingtan,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Please go to Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile menu > Dropdown Opening Action > Off.

If you do not want to use the custom CSS code. Go to Header Builder > Main menu > Computed Box For The Menu Item > Padding > set 34px for top and bottom.

We hope this information is helpful.

    Best Regards,
