Chatgpt is not working after I have completed the setup

Once I go to the ai assistant wishing my pages or products and click on generate a message pops up saying I have exceeded my quota. I have not used it at all this was my first attempt.

Did you use Chatgpt before, from the account currently connected to the site?
ChatGPT is free at the start, but then it is paid – https://openai.com/pricing Price and quota are independent of our theme and come from OpenAI itself.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look at the situation on your site.

Thank you for your response.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
