Can’t update any plugins. Every plugins take too much time but the ending they are not updated

Last few days I am facing this problem. Can’t update plugins properly. every plugins update takes too much time and the endings most of them are not updated.

I am waiting 15 minutes to update xstore theme and it’s give me the same massage ( https://prnt.sc/eLhRO5wsU0Xk )

Try to disable lightspeed cache but not getting any changes.

Have you created a backup before the theme update? If so, please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can help you with the theme update.

Also, please let us know what exactly plugins can’t be updated.

yes I am using updraftplus plugin to backup my site. Please check the private content area. Thanks

We downloaded XStore from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and uploaded in on your site via Appearance > Themes.

Please do not update the Core plugin before the theme update next time.
