Do you use a child theme? Maybe child theme was activated before but now you activated parent theme? These 2 themes have different settings.

If behavior is independent of the activated theme on site, we would recommend you to contact support of WooCommerce, because grouped products functionality come from them.

It is not an issue, but predefined behavior, the limit here https://prnt.sc/PUOsufLMoopt means that 9 products will be shown in the carousel, you activated the “loop” so the 10 product will be your 1 product, 11 – 2, and so on.
