    Hello, I get the following message when trying to update my theme: An error occurred while updating xstore: Could not move the old version to the upgrade-temp-backup directory.

    I seem to be having styling issues due to this.

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    Could you provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access?

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    But you forget to provide FTP access. Please provide FTP access and confirm that you create a full backup, then we will be able to check the problem more deeply and update the theme.

    Hi Rose, I’m still struggling with the logo on the site. I’ve re uploaded it as you suggested, how ever it’s still showing as broken.

    If the problem can’t be solved by re-uploading, you need to follow our second recommendation ask your hosting provider to fix this Mixed content issue
