XStore can be used on multisite, it doesn’t have a problem or restriction in work on multisite.

“but it does not work and requires a license” – a license is required to activate the theme. If your subdomains on multisite is 1 end project (what does it mean 1 project is described in Envato rules), you can use 1 purchase code to activate XStore on subdomains.

There are a few ways for the update, for example, download 7.1 version of WPBakery from https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin (downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads) > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the plugin will be updated on your site.

We recommend that you clarify with the plugin you are using for tracking, to use a code similar to the one provided:

It is important for you to find out and determine how to take all parameters into their function, namely $tracking_number, $provider, $date_shipped, $custom_url.
