The product count in search is a random number while the search results are different,

For example – The search results are 70, the product count shown is 190.

Hi! we cannot put up the beta version on our main website as mentioned in the blog and have put it up on the staging website, but this doesn’t solve the issue stated earlier on that as well. So kindly let us know and help us resolve this issue faced.

Hello, Artibdfl,

You can disable “Variations As Simple Products (Beta)” option via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Products Design, then counts will be the same in both search results.

Currently, we removed the count from https://prnt.sc/b7ULiFh6G2TA (it was done using Loco Translate plugin https://prnt.sc/M9zo3jR-34S9 ) , so there is no need to disable “Variations As Simple Products (Beta)” option.

Unfortunately, there is no solution for displaying the same counts in both search results when “Variations As Simple Products (Beta)” is activated, because of the specific work of the ajax search.

Try to search for “Whey Protein and BCAA” now, we suppose the workaround when the count is disabled for Ajax results is best possible in the current situation.
