We’ve tested “Hi {customer_name}, Your order {order_number} has been refunded.”, even added an image element – https://prnt.sc/ax5ZWuvi_pjw , all images work fine in the result (your images and ours).

“At times incomplete” – how does it work when our builder is disabled? All parts are always visible without the builder? What exactly part are missing?

Please record a few videos.
Upload them on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

If the problem persists with our builder only, please try to shorten the email text, temporarily delete some parts and check how it works then. If in this case, all is fine the problem can be caused something from the server side (can’t handle a lot of content in letter text), and you need to contact your hosting provider.

– If the problem still persists, please open the console and show us what it displays
– The quality of your internet connection may also play a role. Please try disabling your VPN – it’s possible that AJAX requests from your server may not be reaching it properly.
