Email design in backend is proper while upon sending it to customer some of the element are not sent

    When we design varied mails through the theme’s email builder some of the images are not sent to the customer, this happens most of the time. Kindly check private area for details.

    Please provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

    What exactly email should we check?

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    This issue happens in almost all the mails at varied intervals. At times the whole mail is sent and at times part.

    Refunded – Half design always
    Order Completed – At times incomplete
    Processing order – At times incomplete
    On hold – Mail is sent at times and at times the consumer doesn’t receive it

    Hello, Artibdfl,

    We’ve tested “Hi {customer_name}, Your order {order_number} has been refunded.”, even added an image element – https://prnt.sc/ax5ZWuvi_pjw , all images work fine in the result (your images and ours).

    “At times incomplete” – how does it work when our builder is disabled? All parts are always visible without the builder? What exactly part are missing?

    Please record a few videos.
    Upload them on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.

    If the problem persists with our builder only, please try to shorten the email text, temporarily delete some parts and check how it works then. If in this case, all is fine the problem can be caused something from the server side (can’t handle a lot of content in letter text), and you need to contact your hosting provider.
