My xstore demo doesnt look the same as my website .

im trying to edit on my website through xstore editor but nothing changes on my website especially the header. also i have another problem which is my xstore editor is limited and when im editing its very slow for example i cant make the header transparent as i saw on tutorials, i dont know why , i will provide you with my private information . please help

1) We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

2) We kindly request you to utilize a single page builder at a given time on your website to prevent any unforeseen issues. For instance, you may consider using Elementor.

3) Additionally, We kindly request you to peruse our theme documentation.

good evening sir. i tried what you adviced me to do but nothing changed, please is there a solution in this problem, what i see on the xstore header editor isnt not even the same what i see on the mobel view. i have another question is it possioble to make the header trasperent and over the slider?

Hello, @Elyousfimohammed61,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We’ve disabled the Menu cache via Theme Options > Speed optimization and disable 3rd=party plugins on your site. Header builder settings work fine now. You can check. When you enable a new plugin, please check if it causes a problem or not.

Do you want to make the header transparent for the Home page only or for all pages?
To create a custom header for the Home page, go to Header Builder > Multiple headers > Create header > set new header for the Home page only – https://prnt.sc/KkzwaQyM1Wn7
