    We appreciate your prompt response.

    Translation files of the theme should be placed in /wp-content/languages/themes/ folder, with correct name – xstore-de_DE.po , then you will not lose translation after the update.

    We would recommend doing a backup of all the files before any update.
    Some hosting providers do regular backups for customers.

    What exactly video do you mean? It can’t work because you are using Elementor on site, but the demo you referring to uses WPBakery. Please do not use both plugins together.

    The Elementor demo doesn’t have the mentioned element, please check https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market
    If you want to show the product like this https://ibb.co/5xNT3N4, but with Elementor editor, edit your page, add a column > add Products Grid element, set limit to 1 product > add border, and so on via settings of the element.

    plugins, like Core plugin, in /wp-content/languages/plugins folder, with correct names, for example, for XStore theme: xstore-it_IT.po, and xstore-core-it_IT.po for XStore Core plugin, then you will not lose translation after the update.

After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

    Should the issue continue, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow us permission to debug your site (provide temporary wp-admin access). This includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will enable us to investigate and assist you more effectively.

    Please ensure that you have a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
