Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns.

1/ Please try to set https://imgur.com/wxXqM1O “More Details” Length (Chars) in Xstore > Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elements > Quick view.
The issue arose due to the presence of tags in the description. When an excerpt is taken to display in Quick View, some unclosed tags were causing the problem.

2/ We suggest you insert the following code into the Theme Options under Theme Custom CSS for Desktop to address your second concern:
```
.menu-static-block .etheme-product-grid-item .footer-inner .button {
    padding: 10px;
}
.menu-static-block .etheme-product-grid-item .footer-inner span.et-icon {
    display: flex;
    justify-content: center;
    padding: 12px;
}
```
